1. Do you offer daily, weekly, or monthly utility truck rentals?
Yes, TRL Rents offers daily, weekly, and monthly rentals on all our equipment, including bucket trucks, digger derricks, forestry trucks, and cable placers. Rental periods are based on 24-hour days, 7-day weeks (including weekends), and 28-day months.
2. Is insurance included in the bucket truck rental price?
No - rental insurance is not included in our pricing. Customers are required to provide proof of insurance before renting equipment such as bucket trucks or cable placers from TRL Rents.
3. Is maintenance included during my utility equipment rental?
Yes, preventive maintenance is included in every rental. TRL Rents covers standard services like oil changes, battery replacements, tire care, and windshield wiper maintenance at no additional cost to ensure reliable uptime.
4. Do you offer delivery and pickup across the United States?
TRL Rents operates from 16 locations across the U.S., including key states like Texas, California, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida. While we don't have facilities in every state, we provide regional delivery and pickup of our Versalift bucket trucks and other equipment through our service hubs. Additional fees may apply based on distance and equipment type.
5. What types of aerial lift and utility vehicles can I rent?
TRL Rents offers a wide range of utility rental equipment, including Versalift aerial lifts, digger derricks, cable placers, pole trailers, reel trailers, attenuator (crash) trucks, bridge inspection units, and more. All units are maintained to factory standards for safety and performance.
6. What brands are included in your rental fleet?
Our rental fleet includes trusted brands like Versalift, Condor, Manitex, Scorpion, Butler, TSE, and Aspen Aerials. Whether you're renting a bucket truck or a digger derrick, you'll get top-quality equipment ready for the job.
7. Can I lease or purchase the equipment after renting?
Yes - in addition to standard rentals, TRL Rents offers rent-to-own options, TRAC leases, Split-TRAC leases, and Fair Market Value leasing. These flexible financing programs apply to most bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and specialized utility vehicles in our fleet.
8. Is service and inspection included during my rental term?
Yes. TRL Rents includes routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-site service by factory-trained technicians or authorized Versalift partners. We make every effort to ensure your equipment performs safely and reliably throughout the rental period.
9. Why rent utility trucks instead of buying them?
Renting from TRL Rents gives you maximum flexibility and lower upfront costs. Instead of committing to long-term financing or capital purchases, you can rent Versalift bucket trucks, digger derricks, or forestry units, cable placers, under bridge inspection units, pole trailers or reel trailers only when you need them. This helps reduce overhead, avoid depreciation, and free up budget for other priorities. Plus, all rentals include preventive maintenance and service. Unlike generic rental companies, we specialize in aerial lifts, digger derricks, and utility trucks - and we back every rental with preventive maintenance, certified inspections, and optional training. With TRL Rents, you get the confidence of working with an OEM-owned provider that knows your industry inside and out.
11. How can I be sure the truck I rent is safe and reliable?
